Individualized, Movement-Based Care
Veronica combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and suction cupping according to each patient’s needs. She develops structured treatment plans informed by the patient’s symptoms, movement patterns, daily activities and individual goals.
She may also incorporate NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT). NeuroKinetic Therapy is an assessment-based approach that examines how muscles work together and whether compensation patterns may be contributing to pain or restricted movement.
Her approach emphasizes active participation and practical strategies patients can carry into everyday life. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing pain or working to regain strength and mobility, Veronica provides clear guidance and progressively adapts treatment as the patient’s abilities and goals evolve.

An Athlete’s Perspective on Recovery
Veronica played provincial-level soccer for more than 10 years. Her experiences with training, competition and sports injuries helped inspire her career in physiotherapy and continue to shape her understanding of athletic rehabilitation.
Having worked through injuries herself, Veronica appreciates that returning to activity may involve rebuilding strength, restoring movement and regaining confidence. Veronica continues to play recreational soccer and also enjoys volleyball, badminton and cycling, giving her insight into the varied demands experienced by competitive and recreational athletes.
