Charlie is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy program at Loyalist College, where she also received an Award for Excellence. Her own positive experience with massage therapy inspired her to pursue a career helping others feel more comfortable and connected within their bodies.

Her practical experience includes working with prenatal clients, children, athletes, people living with chronic pain and patients affected by neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and Guillain-BarrΓ© syndrome. Her practice will also include lymphatic massage Fall 2026.

Outside the Clinic

Outside the clinic, Charlie enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, visual art and weightlifting. She also enjoys improvising on the piano and finding creative ways to keep her mind engaged.

Charlie’s Approach to Care

Charlie prioritizes creating an open and welcoming environment where patients feel heard and their concerns are taken seriously. She adapts each treatment to the patient’s comfort level, health history and goals, with an emphasis on easing pain, reducing discomfort and supporting everyday movement.

She believes patient education is an important part of treatment. By helping patients better understand their pain and the factors that may be influencing it, Charlie aims to help them participate more confidently in their care and ongoing well-being.
