Healing With Massage
Registered Massage Therapists are manual practitioners who focus on the soft tissues of the human body. They are trained to evaluate each person individually to ensure appropriate care. They are given the tools necessary to evaluate, palpate and treat many different conditions, as well as give appropriate homecare.
Registered Massage Therapists have completed their training at the college level, (sometimes private college), comprising a comprehensive 2200 hours before applying for their provincial exams. Once registered, they are able to pursue other avenues to customize care for their clients.
RMT’s are able to treat conditions such as chronic repetitive conditions, degenerative disc disease symptoms, migraines, TMJ, frozen shoulder, motor vehicle collision conditions, pre and post surgical conditions, pre and post natal treatments as well…to name a few!
