During your session, you may be positioned:

  • Side-lying with pillows and bolsters
  • Semi-reclined
  • Fully supported on the table with customized cushioning

We do not use any unsafe pressure, abdominal work, or deep techniques that could affect your comfort or mobility.

If you have specific concerns, such as high-risk pregnancy, swelling, or pelvic instability, your therapist will adjust the treatment accordingly.


When to Start Pregnancy Massage

Many people begin massage in the second trimester; however, you can safely enjoy pregnancy massage at any stage, as long as you feel comfortable.
