Tracy Thillmann is a Registered Massage Therapist who enjoys working collaboratively with patients to understand their concerns and develop treatment plans centred around their comfort, health history and individual goals.
She has particular interests in chronic pain, autoimmune and neurological conditions, TMJ dysfunction, lymphatic concerns and post-operative recovery. Her treatments can also support general muscle tension, mobility and overall wellness.
Tracy graduated with honours from the International Academy of Massage Therapy in 2011. After five years in practice, she took a professional sabbatical and worked in medical administration before returning to massage therapy. This experience strengthened her understanding of patient communication, organization and compassionate healthcare.

Tracy recognizes that pain and complex health concerns can affect each person differently. She takes time to listen, understand how symptoms influence everyday life and adapt each appointment according to the patient’s comfort, priorities and goals.
Her treatments may incorporate therapeutic massage, focused TMJ work and techniques selected to support chronic pain, tissue mobility, lymphatic concerns or post-operative recovery. Ongoing communication helps Tracy adjust pressure and treatment strategies as each patient’s needs evolve.
Beyond the Clinic
Outside the clinic, Tracy is an avid reader, editor and board-game enthusiast. She enjoys getting absorbed in a good story, refining language and spending time around the table playing strategic and imaginative games.
