Sheetal graduated from the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Ottawa, with honours.
Sheetal’s passion for the health sciences led to her discover the unique benefits of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She learned and unlearned the numerous ‘right’ and ‘healthy’ ways of approaching health, and wants to share that healing is, in fact, easy. Especially if approached with a smile and openness.
Sheetal’s knowledge and experience can help address a vast variety of your health needs with a special interest in fertility, women’s health, digestion related issues, and psycho-emotional disorders.
Whether you are contemplating an approach, are already on an advised path, or just need another set of eyes and ears, she is here to help.
She is passionate about health and wellness and her treatment approach includes acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion (TCM herbal heat therapy), gua sha, and Chinese dietary therapy.
When she is not treating, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, nature walks, yoga, and cooking up meals of various cuisines!
