Let me start by introducing myself! My name is Dr. Meg and I’m a Chiropractor in Ottawa, Ontario. I work at Triada Health Ottawa with a lovely group of practitioners in a multidisciplinary setting. I am very passionate about women’s health and helping moms feel and function their best after birth. This is why I am super excited to be offering this program to help you on your postpartum journey!
If you have recently had a baby I always recommend incorporating rehabilitation into your postpartum period. Your body has undergone tremendous changes and stress, regardless if your delivery was vaginal or c section.
Restoring your core and pelvic floor function is vital. If you had your child some time ago, you still may benefit from postpartum rehabilitation. This is especially true if you have experienced persistent low back pain, pelvic pain, leakage, or separation of the core musculature after birth.
Everybody’s healing journey is different which is why I always recommend a thorough Chiropractic assessment prior to engaging in the Post Partum Rehab Series. An assessment before the series has the added benefit of making your rehab classes eligible for insurance coverage (may vary with individual plans)! Joining the Postpartum Rehab Series gives you access to:
- 8, hour long sessions focusing on:
- Breathwork and meditation,
- Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Upper and Lower Body strengthening
- Full body conditioning
- Live sessions and recordings to access anytime.
- Corgeous Ball
- Access to the private Facebook group and additional educational info
Costs: $200 total due upon booking, $25 per session (receipts will be issued for insurance for every class attended).

Overall, my mission is to educate women on the information they are receiving about their bodies, rehabilitation, and training during the postpartum period. I want to help you regain the necessary function and strength but most of all help you to refocus on yourself and fill your own cup. I am honoured to be a small part of your postpartum journey and I hope you join me in October!
